Returns & Refunds

Original Artworks

• Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final.

• If an artwork is damaged during shipping, we will refund the purchase once the damage is verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  

• We will provide instructions for return and arrange a replacement or refund.

• Return cost is calculated for each individual painting.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Processing time may take up to 7 business days after receipt of the item.
